The American Visionary Museum is easily one of my favorite places in Baltimore. They always display innovative (and often really fun) art pieces. Definitely worth a few visits!

This museum showcases art outside of the realm of the mainstream art world. Much of the focus of the exhibits rests on more contemporary art. Even the exterior and layout of the museum demonstrates an artistic feel. There's lots to look at here. The exhibit on drug addiction-themed art was particularly interesting. If you're looking for traditional art like oil paintings and marble sculptures, you'll probably be disappointed. But if you want art that truly surprises you, come here.

Located near to federal hill, this museum is famous for its unique peice of art. This art museum is different from the rest of the museums. The art here are done by very ordinary things like toothpicks, matchsticks, mirrors but they are very attractive and unique. They have exhibitions too in this museum. Gift shop here is quite unique than other stores as they have items made extraordinary using some common household items.

The American Visionary Art Museum as the craziest and most unique collection of art and artifacts. It's always changing ,so it's a good place to visit often. The Joy America restaurant offers great food with a great view of Harbor.
