Sales person re-buttal to Kevin R.
This customer took many hours to look at samples and purchased top quality hardwood that he selected at a special sale, at 1/2 price which included non-returnable terms - of which he understood a the time of purchase. He decided he did not like it after it was delivered. He was refunded 100%.
Know the truth - we have 35 years of satisfied customers.
