I'm sorry to say, I definitely do NOT agree with the previous comment. Dr. Bassi, from what i know is always on top of his work. His staff is ALWAYS warm and welcoming on the phone and in person. I came in five years ago diagnosed with CHF and since then I have lost about 30 pounds all thanks to him. I've never experienced any problems and I'm very grateful to have him as my doctor.

testing ordered quickly but very very extremly slow to read ECHO test still waiting actually so far its been 16 days and now of course its still not read and he is out of town. Called several times to please have the doctor return my call secondary to still having chestpains, sob and heart skipping beats. No return call from doctor. Office staff friendly at first visit now when you call they are down right rude telling you how busy they are and telling me test are fine and no follow up needed even though the report still has not been read yet by the doctor. Very Very incompassionate staff members!!!!!!!! So how would the secretary know if my heart is fine or not.When the report isnt read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HMMMMM!!! my primary couldnt get report either. This is delaying my care. NO WAY WOULD I let him listen to my heart again.
