Highly Recommend

I have interviewed and have used other pest control companies and by far Ehrlich is the best. Have had the same techician for several years and he knows my house and problem areas. Other company - I had a different person each visit. I have cats and my technician AJ, is very compassionate and makes sure he does not disturb then or spray them (yes, another company actually sprayed my cat as it hid behind something). Good prices, great service, on time, professional and you don't have to ask them to put on the little booties. If in the Towson area ask for AJ...he is the best, but he tells me everyone he works with is just as good!

High prices

I have been going here for 9 years but I am changing vets. Since moving to a new building on York Rd about 5 years ago the practice is more a money making machine then a good value for a caring vet practice. I have received good care for my cats but consistently even a minor visit ends up costing $150+. When you examine the bill, every thing is a charge - nothing is included in the office visit except for weight and temperature. Simple vacinations can easily run well over $100. For example, my cats eyes were runny - the vet stuck a paper thing in her eye for about 7 seconds and charged $18 extra. My cat has a cronic (so far undiagnosised) illness the cost of dealing with it has been unbelieveable.
